Perfect Scrambled Eggs

  • 2 T Bacon Fat
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Crack the eggs into a small bowl.
  2. Whisk together until very well combined. 
  3. Put a medium-sized nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  4. Add bacon fat to the pan and reduce the heat to medium low. 
  5. Add the eggs. 
  6. Use a spatula to stir the eggs around the pan. It may take a few minutes before the eggs start to form.  
  7. Push and fold the eggs over on themselves with the spatula. Scrape the sides of the pan and stir frequently. 
  8. Remove the pan from the heat once the eggs are mainly set but still wet. 
  9. Continue to stir until they are done to your liking. 
  10. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
