Ingredients
- 1/2 C Fresh Strawberries Chopped
- 1/4 tsp Pink Salt
- 1/4 tsp White Pepper
- 1 T Basil
- 2 tsp Thyme
- 2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 C Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 1/4 C Canola Oil
Instructions
- Add the strawberries, salt, pepper, basil, thyme, oregano and strawberry vinegar to a food processor
- Mix until strawberries are pureed
- Slowly pour the oil into the food processor on medium speed to make an emulsification
- Place dressing in a container and refrigerate
- Enjoy dressing for up to two weeks
