Energy Bites

Yield 45 Bites


  • 2C Rolled Oats
  • 1C Peanut Butter
  • 1C Craisins 
  • 12C Pitted Dates
  • 1T Nutmeg
  • 2T Water
  • 4T Honey
  • 2T Chia Seeds 


  1. Chop dates in a food processor.
  2. Place chopped dates in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix to combine.
  4. Use a 24 scoop to portion the mixture into bites. 
  5. Place bites in container and refrigerate until used. 

Go Rogue by adding 1C Chocolate Chips, Coconut, Dried Fruit, or Sunflower Seeds.
