Chocolate Chip Cookies Gone Rogue

Yield: 100 Cookies; Time: 60 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 ¼ C AP Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 C Butter Flavored Crisco
  • 1 ½ C Sugar
  • 1 ½ C Brown Sugar
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 1 12 oz bag of Nestle Semi-Sweet Mini Morsels

Instructions

  1. Cream Crisco, sugar, and brown sugar in a mixer on high until mixture is white and fluffy, approximately 15 minutes. Scrape sides occasionally.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time, while mixing batter.
  3. Add baking soda and salt.
  4. Add flour, one cup at a time. Only add final ¼ C flour if the batter is too wet. 
  5. Add Morsels.
  6. Mix until fully incorporated.
  7. Scoop cookie dough on a parchment paper covered sheet pan.
  8. Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes.
  9. Cool on a rack or parchment paper before serving.
  10. Enjoy!
