Chocolate Chip Cookies Gone Rogue
Yield: 100 Cookies; Time: 60 mins
Ingredients
- 4 ¼ C AP Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 C Butter Flavored Crisco
- 1 ½ C Sugar
- 1 ½ C Brown Sugar
- 4 Large Eggs
- 1 12 oz bag of Nestle Semi-Sweet Mini Morsels
Instructions
- Cream Crisco, sugar, and brown sugar in a mixer on high until mixture is white and fluffy, approximately 15 minutes. Scrape sides occasionally.
- Add eggs, one at a time, while mixing batter.
- Add baking soda and salt.
- Add flour, one cup at a time. Only add final ¼ C flour if the batter is too wet.
- Add Morsels.
- Mix until fully incorporated.
- Scoop cookie dough on a parchment paper covered sheet pan.
- Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes.
- Cool on a rack or parchment paper before serving.
